Twitter user comes hard on Ben Bruce, calls him madman

Senator Ben Murray Bruce, like he’d always do, shared his opinion on his Twitter page as to why most Nigerian youths use their intelligence on making up creative insults rather than use it for their own good and of the nation.

Not a millisecond passed when Twitter user @AsiwajuApc, who happens to be a youth, quickly, disrespectfully, replied the Senator by stating that he is a mad man who is high on coke.

This made the Senator respond to him, but he did in a humble manner, He said: What does a youth gain or achieve for himself or for Nigeria by being so rude? I need an education on this please. .

Yet again, the Twitter user replied him and said: @benmurraybruce You see why i called you a #MadMan? Too much coke is disturbing your brain….

Other Nigerian twitter users have told the fellow to apologize, stating that why would he be disrespectful to an elder like that in the country but he boldly responded by saying:

All of u re stupid… You should be busy telling @benmurraybruce to return all the money he stole from #NTA. Am only fighting for d youths

“My Dad Was Not Happy About My Birth” – Yvonne Nelson

Delectable Ghanaian actress, Yvonne Nelson has emotionally opened up on her relationship with her dad. Why she has no fond memories of him, why she isn’t proud of him and all.

The beautiful movie producer who is the cover star of Genevieve Magazine’s latest issue says she never talks about her dad because…

Because my mum is the one I know. It’s not as if I don’t know my dad, my father is there of course, but he wasn’t really a part of my life and there’s really nothing to say about him. He didn’t make any impact in my life. My mum single-handedly raised me. Big ups to all the single mums out there! She continued ..

When I was born, I guess, my father was not happy about my birth, so he wasn’t there for me. He chose not to be a part of my life; a single mother raised me. She trained me from kindergarten to University. My father was never there. Even though I have an amazing stepfather, I always wished I could have had him in my life. That created a vacuum in my childhood. But I’m grateful that I had my mum and she did all she could to make sure that I lacked nothing.

When asked on if she tried to reach out to her father, she said:

I did! Several times. Let me give you some instances. When I was younger, I met him and I told him I wanted a pair of shoes for Christmas and he told me, he was going to buy me three or four pairs. My excitement knew no bounds when he said that. Guess what? He never fulfilled that promise; I waited for those shoes for a very long time, but they never came. At a point I asked my mum, and she said, listen, if he wanted to do as he said, your shoes would have gotten here a long time ago, so better move on. At another time, while he was in London I asked him to take me with him. And he told me not to worry, that he would come for me. I waited and waited, and he never did. The two times he ever promised me something when I was growing up, he failed to fulfill them. That has never left my mind.

While I was in school, I had a brother in my class and I never knew. We both didn’t know, until one day when a teacher told us and then showed us our records as proof.
My dad is not such an amazing person in my life. I don’t have any good memories of him.

At a point, some thought the wedding would no longer go as planned, but Mercy Johnson defied public outcry and went on with the ceremony, which took place on August 27, 2011 at a Christ Embassy Church in Lagos.

If what is filtering in is anything to go by, then a repeat of such may happen to Duncan Mighty, a Port Harcourt-based singer.

Not too long ago, he announced that he would be getting married to his sweetheart, Vivien on July 25, 2015 in Rivers State. But after the announcement, a woman has dragged Duncan Mighty to court.

She claimed the singer abandoned her and her child after delivery, but now wants him to take responsibility of the baby.

The lady, Fortune Ezinne Nwadike, based in Abuja, gave birth to a baby girl in March 2015.

The court has now reportedly ordered the singer to appear before it on July 22, 2015, three days before his wedding.

According to 36ng, the camp of Duncan Mighty, in their reaction, described Ezinne as a distraction, saying she is only unhappy because the singer is getting married to someone else.
