A man named Igbini Odafe Emmanuel and an Engineer by profession has proven determination is key to getting what you want as he took to one of Nigeria’s dailies, Vanguard Newspaper, to apply for a ministerial role under the administration of President Muhammadu Buhari.
In the advert tagged: ‘Attn: President Muhammadu Buhari (GCFR) – Application for appointment as minister of the Federal Republic of Nigeria’, Comrade (Engr) Igbini Odafe Emmanuel, who stated that he is the immediate past Director-General of Delta State Direct Labour Agency, described himself as the best man for a ministerial post going by his qualifications and competence.
Mr. Emmanuel says he was a Governorship candidate in Delta State on the platform of Peoples Redemption Party and the State Chairman of the party.
The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, in November 13, 2014 arraigned Mr.Emmanuel before Justice U. Agomoh of the Federal High Court Port Harcourt, River State on a 3-count charge bordering on false declaration of assets.
President Buhari is expected to make some ministerial appointments next week.
