Kourtney Kardashian is planning to seek sole custody of her three children with ex-boyfriend, Scott Disick.
A source close to the 36-year-old star revealed she met with high powered divorce attorney, Laura Wasser, who also represented her sisters Kim Kardashian and Khloé Kardashian in their divorces from previous relationships for the second time in Los Angeles this week to try to start ‘figuring out an agreement.’
The insider added: ‘She met with Laura Wasser again. And is going to seek sole custody of the kids. She knows being with [Laura] is what’s in their best interest. There’s no turning back now and she is going full steam ahead with figuring out an agreement.’
Kourtney and Scott don’t have a formal custody arrangement in place yet but friends believe Scott won’t fight Kourtney for their children. The couple split earlier this month after nine years together.
